So I am going to start blogging again regardless if anyone reads it or not. God has been working in my life lately. I was at work and basically had the whole day off at work. We didn't have anything going on so I finished the book "Heaven is for Real." As most of you know I don't like to read, but I really enjoyed this book and when I got done at around 10, I wanted something else to read so I read encounters of other people who have claimed they went to heaven and hell. God revealed Heaven to people who hadn't died (Paul and John). I just got fired up reading this book. I basically read 23 minutes in hell by Bill Wiese. It sounded interesting and if you youtube his testimony it seems believable. He talks about verse after verse regarding his experience. Regardless if you believe in his experience he wants you to believe that hell is real and the main thing he wants is for you to believe in Jesus. I got fired up tonight and went to Barnes and Noble and bought 3 books. Traveling Light,The boy who came back from heaven and out live your life. Right now I am reading Traveling light. I highly recommend this book as well! Im going to quote a little bit from chapter two of Traveling Light..this book is based on Psalm 23. "The Lord is my Shepard"
Chapter 2 God's name is Yahweh which means "I Am." God needs no descriptive after "I Am,He is who he says He is. He never changes. He has always been and always will be.
He is unchanging,uncaused, and ungoverned.God never changes, he is a still point in a turning world. We need an uncaused shepard. No one breathed life into Yahweh. No one gave birth to Him. No one caused Him. No act brought him forth and no act can take him out.
This is my favorite part of the chapter its long but so gooood! "Does he fear an earthquake? Does he tremble at a tornado? Yahweh sleeps through storms and calms the winds with a word. Cancer does not trouble him, and cemeteries do not distrub him. He was here before they came. He'll be here after they are gone. He is uncaused. And he is ungoverned. Counselors can comfort you in the storm, but you need a God who can still the storm. Friends can hold your hand at your deathbed, but you need a Yahweh who has defeated the grave. Phiosophers can debate the meaning of life, but you need a Lord who can declare the meaning of life. You need Yahweh.
You don't need what Dorothy found. Remember her discovery in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz? She and her trio followed the yellow brick road only to discover that the wizard was a wimp! nothing but smoke and mirroras and tin drum thunder. Is that the kind of god you need?

No, you need a God who can place 100 billion stars in our galaxy and 100 billion galaxies in the universe. So thats what has been going on lately. How there are atheist in the world is beyond me. Life wasn't an accident. God is perfect. By his word He put galaxies into being, by his word he healed the sick.
My brain has been swamped with thoughts and everything.Can't get Him off my mind or the thought of heaven. Many people believe that there is one tree and many branches (Unitarian universalist).
People think Christians are narrow minded since we say Jesus is the only way. Say you invited me over to dinner and you gave me directions to your house and you told me to go South on 65 and turn right on Peytonsville Road and then take a right on Perry road and that your house is the 3rd house on the right and you tell me that is the only way to get your house. And what if I say you know what..I think I am going to go North on 65 and get off at Old Hickory because I think all roads lead to your house thats what I think. Your going to say John I am trying to give you clear directions to my house. God knows where he lives and he has given us clear directions on how to get there and he is specific on his directions.
